COIL DECOILER STRAIGHTENER

Introduction
1. Suit for most of coiled materials, including HR, CR, aluminium, stainless steel, plastic, etc.
2. It is space-saving that decoiler and straightener are ingerated into a single machine.
3. ULB models can feed the metal strip smoothly by combining non-motorized decoiler and powered straightener.
4. Manual or hydraulic expansion of the decoiler mandrel is available.
5. Equipped with 11 rolls including 7 straightening rolls and 4 pinch rolls, ULB models are designed for materials thickness from 0.4 to 3.5mm.
6. High-hardness and anti-friction rolls are made from heat-treated alloy steel with hard chrome plating and precision ground.
7. The micro adjustment device individually adjust the gap between the upper and lower rolls by worm gear.
8. Equipped with Japanese electromagnetic contactor and electronic components, ULB models have fewer breakdowns and longer lifetime.
9. Press arm prevents coil from loosening. (option)
10. Equipped with inverter, ULB models make it easier for operator to adjust the payoff speed. (option)
11. Custom and application sepcific solution is available.
